Dr. Charm is a widely connected and reputable senior executive and information technology professional in Asia Pacific. He has more than 25 years of management experience from leading multinational and Chinese companies in Asia Pacific. He specialises in business intelligence (BI) and big data, financial technology (FinTech), digital and internet+ transformation, strategy, business models innovation, customer experience and loyalty, and internationalization for emerging enterprises

Dr. Emery Jou– Advisory Engineer, Institute for Information Industry Taiwan 

Dr. Emery Jou received his Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas, Austin, Texas and his Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. He has been working for industry and academy over 20 years in USA and Europe. He is now an advisory engineer at the Institute for Information Industry in Taiwan. His primary research interests include IoT testbed, big data analytics, scene segment playback, key management systems (PKI), security product engineering (SSO), and application performance testing.

Richard Benjamins’– Group Director, BI and Big Data Telefonica Spain

Dr. V.R. (Richard) Benjamins is Group Director BI & Big Data at Telefonica, and is responsible for value creation for Telefonica’s businesses through big data. He works with global and local businesses on key big data use cases.  Richard is a frequent speaker on big data, BI and analytics events. He has published over 100 scientific articles about artificial intelligence, knowledge-based systems, semantic web. He is on advisory boards of several start-ups and international research projects
